Service fees

Contractual fees:

Can be agreed with the client as e. g.:

  1. Lump sum monthly (in case of long-term cooperation)
  2. 1.Fees on the basis of an agreed hourly rate (e. g. if it is not possible to determine time and scope in advance)
  3. Fees for settlement (agreed for a case settlement without respect to time and scope).

Non-contractual fees:

The amount of the non-contractual fee is set by decree No 177/1996 Coll. the so called „Advocate Tariff“) in dependence on character and number of transactions.

Extra-contractual fees can be decreased in the sense of par. 12 of the Advocate Tariff by up to 50 %.
